By using Tavozun, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Service Description

Tavozun provides a mobile balance top-up service for Tajikistan mobile operators. The service acts as an intermediary between the user and international mobile top-up providers.

2. General Terms

  • The user is responsible for entering the correct phone number
  • Tavozun acts as an intermediary between the user and service providers
  • Transaction processing time may depend on mobile operators
  • We do not guarantee 100% instant delivery in rare circumstances

3. Payment and Fees

The cost of a top-up includes:

  • The recharge amount (from $2 to $105)
  • A Tavozun processing fee ($1.00 per transaction)

Tavozun+ subscribers ($1/month) are exempt from the per-transaction processing fee.

4. Tavozun+ Subscription

  • Subscription cost: $1.00 per month
  • Benefit: fee-free top-ups
  • Subscription renews automatically
  • Cancellation is possible at any time

5. Auto Top-Up

When auto top-up is activated:

  • Payment is charged automatically on a recurring basis
  • The standard $1.00 fee applies to each auto top-up payment
  • Tavozun+ subscription does not apply to auto top-up transactions
  • Cancellation is possible at any time

6. Limitation of Liability

Tavozun is not liable for:

  • Errors caused by incorrect data entered by the user
  • Delays on the part of mobile operators
  • Technical failures of payment systems or providers
  • Losses arising from the use of the service

7. Prohibited Use

The service must not be used for:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Money laundering
  • Violation of applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

All website materials, including design, logo, and text content, are the property of Tavozun / Five Peaks Group and are protected by copyright law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
